At dataLOK 2-hour delivery is a standard service. Items of a less urgent nature can be delivered at a reduced rate the next business day.

Computerized Tracking

All cartons are assigned a bar code number and tracked by our custom software.

Document Destruction

dataLOK tracks customer retention schedules and will notify you when your information is eligible for destruction. Upon written approval by your authorized personnel we will have the files destroyed in the manner you select (shredding, hydro pulping, or other means). Upon completion a destruction certificate and authorization documentation is provided.

Useful Reports

We will provide you with easy to understand reports and invoices customized to meet your needs. Information can be reported in many ways. We address each client's needs individually.

Value-added Services

dataLOK provides a wealth of supportive services including file indexing, a staging area for review of your inventory, and a resource library. We also have a certified records manager on staff, ready to provide an overall needs analysis. More specific consulting on retention scheduling, disaster recovery planning and related topics also available.

Climate-Controlled Storage

Your special media (computer discs, microforms...) receive special handling and are stored in our climate-controlled vault.

Each of our facilities has 24-hour security, limited access procedures, and sophisticated fire suppression systems. Al dataLOK facilities are exceedingly well-maintained, secure structures, designed to meet stringent earthquake, fire and other building requirements.
